1、 Overview

YZBF type fiberglass high concentration acid mist purification tower is a new type of purification equipment for purifying high concentration hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid mist and nitrogen oxide waste gas. 2、 Working principle

The waste gas is forced into the equalizing chamber of the purification tower by the fan. First, it enters the bubbling section for bubbling treatment. Then, it passes through multi-stage packing, spraying, and spray treatment to make the gas-liquid two phases fully reverse contact and produce neutralization and absorption reaction. Finally, it enters the dehydrator for dehydration treatment and is discharged into the atmosphere. The treated gas meets the national emission standards.

The filling material is specially designed and manufactured by our company as pure PP flower toothed ring, which has superior dispersing airflow performance and can make the reaction between exhaust gas and absorption liquid more complete, resulting in higher purification efficiency. The fog collector is a key component in solving the problem of floating water. The fog collector material selected by our company is the Ball ring produced by our company, which has good breathability, high water blocking efficiency, and low airflow resistance. Its efficient water collection rate completely solves the problem of floating liquid in the purification tower.
